As well as our state-of-the-art gym facilities, Inspire Fitness are also in the process of developing a cutting edge fitness studio–an area for less intensive exercise that still keeps you active.
We asked for your ideas to gauge interest and make sure we are offering classes that appeal. At the top of the list was a table tennis area, which we thought was a brilliant suggestion. Table tennis is the perfect break time activity that enables staff to be social (and competitive!), whilst doing some light exercise.
Another great suggestion has been pole fitness classes. Pole fitness is a fantastic workout technique as it requires great discipline and is excellent for toning the body and improving your core, and a brilliant confidence booster.
