So what are the secrets to his success? Well it started the moment he motivated himself to change his lifestyle and walk through the Inspire Fitness doors. Talking with Mark, establishing goals and tailoring a fitness programme was the next step. Committing to change and keeping up with his training was the next hurdle, but David stuck to it and soon his workouts, which last between 45 minute and an hour, became part of his routine five days a week.

A renewed attitude towards food and lifestyle choices also helped David stay on course and achieve results. By thinking about what he was eating and making more conscious choices, as well as reducing his alcohol consumption, it wasn’t long before he saw a noticeable change in his appearance.
